At Lumouré Skin, we believe luxury should arrive as beautifully as it’s made. Every item is crafted to order to ensure you receive the highest quality, made just for you.
🕒 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received.
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a separate email with tracking details.
Note: During high-volume seasons, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier rates.
🌍 International Orders
We do ship internationally! However, you may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes upon delivery. These fees are not included in your checkout total and are set by your country’s customs authority.
📦 Tracking Information
All orders include real-time tracking. As soon as your package ships, you’ll get a tracking link sent to your email so you can follow its journey to your door.
