At Lumoure Skin, your satisfaction is our priority. Because our high-quality skincare products are freshly handled and shipped just for you, we maintain strict quality control standards for your safety.

1. 14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund. 

2. Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unopened, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it, sealed in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 3. Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs for returning items due to personal preference or a change of mind. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
 Clear placeholders or promotional gift cards cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item order, please get in touch with us at info@lumoureskin.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
